Suggested Use: Sublingual method: Ensure to lightly shake bottle to ensure ingredients are mixed well. Fill dropper to desired level, and dispense oil underneath the tongue. Do not swallow for at least 60 seconds. Take 1-2 hours before bedtime. For best results, use every night.

I’ve been using their full spectrum nighttime CDB oil for around 2 weeks now; after just an hour of taking it I already feel more relaxed and my muscles start feeling less sore. I begin to feel sleepy without feeling groggy which I appreciate, it’s a peaceful, sleepy feeling. The taste it’s a bit strong but nothing you can’t get use to (or just add it to your night time tea) I 100% recommend this product
